Do you deliver?

YES! We offer local delivery via our delivery staff or shipping via USPS or UPS (for a small fee).

When will my prescription be ready?

Once we receive your prescription from your physician, one of our staff will give you a call to confirm insurance, discuss cost, and provide an estimate of when your prescription will be ready. Please note that compounds are CUSTOM MADE which means they won’t be ready right away. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your compound to be ready; you will receive a text letting you know when to pick it up or expect delivery.

Medical supplies may be available for pick up the same day depending on when the order is received and our ability to verify coverage.

What is covered by my insurance?

Many compounds aren’t covered by insurance, however, in some cases, the cost may be less than some co-pays.

Many medical supply items are covered depending on your coverage. We suggest making a list of things that you may need, get the prescription from your physician, and we’ll work to determine if it’s covered.

How do I get my doctor to write for a compound?

For some, it may be as easy as bringing in the form and asking them to sign it. For others that may not be interested, suggest they book a consultation with our compounding pharmacist to get educated on how compounds are used to treat a variety of conditions. We always like to stress the “Triad” approach which includes us, your physician, and you!
